Thanks to loop recording function, the camera will always have room for more videos because it captures 1/ 3/ 5 minutes clips and automatically overwrites the oldest with the newest ones. Dash Patrol DC1 has a built-in G-sensor that is activated by a significant and sudden change in direction, such as a crash or hard braking. When an event like this occurs, the camera starts recording and locks the file on your microSD card, preventing it from being overwritten by loop videos. Also, the parking monitor function keeps an eye on your car while it is parked and with the engine turned off. If it detects movement or impact, the camera automatically starts recording so you will know what happened while you were away from your car.
